Bondage Makes the World Go ‘Round (or at least makes my head spin!)

In my last post, I filled out a spanking meme… Then I thought to myself – hey, why not do a BONDAGE MEME, too? I couldn’t find any ready-made; so, I’m starting my own! 🙂

I feel that bondage can heighten just about any experience, from “regular” sex to crazy kinky shit… So, surprise, surprise, I rather like bondage! At times I’m in the mood for gentle, padded handcuffs tied to the bed, while at other times, damn, I have an itch for some badass upside-down suspension! I can’t do the latter at home, but luckily I work at a fully-equipped bondage BDSM studio. Without further ado, here’s my spanking-new BONDAGE MEME (part 1, as usual; I can already think of plenty more to add in the future…)
- What is your favorite type of restraint?
Oh goodness, just start off with the hard ones. I have to say that it truly depends on the day. Some days I want to watch someone do some seriously pretty rope work and other days I cannot wait to get into a sex swing. Sometimes I just want the feeling of cold metal, whether that be chains or handcuffs or something else entirely. This is just the long way of saying that I don’t have a favorite type of restraint.
In the films we make at the company where I work, WizardClips.com, we have lots of first-timer models – so we like to use bondage that allows our timid first-timers (like I used to be not long ago!) to be quickly taken down and given rests. Chains, cuffs and our beloved sex swing (see photo at the top of the page), all work well for this purpose.
- Would you rather have someone use metal handcuffs or leather cuffs?
I really like the feeling of cold metal against my skin, so metal handcuffs are something I very much enjoy. It is a very moderate version of temperature play, which makes it fun. I like that with leather cuffs that you can stay in them for longer because you don’t need to worry about the metal rubbing against your skin for too long.
In our movie dungeon we use a lot of metal restraints because they look good, are easy to apply and, last but not least, they are easy to clean up. Vinyl restraints have a stylish faux-leather look, and are equally easy to clean.
- Would you rather be tied to a wooden X/cross or to a chair?
I have to admit that I have never been tied to a wooded X/cross, but the idea is quite intriguing. I have seen it at kink festivals and spaces – and the person on them always seems to be enjoying themselves. I have been tied to a chair, which gives perfect access to by legs. I ended up with quite a bruise from a paddle being used against the top of my legs.
My employer built a crazy-ass enema chair that is well suited to combine bondage with enemas. I don’t know where he gets those crazy ideas from… 😉
- Would you rather be tied up somewhere public or private?
I think that this one would depend on how I am being tied up. Elaborate rope work tends to stay indoors because it does take some time to do, but is so worth it. Suspension bondage always stays indoors, because I don’t know if something outside will be able to hold be up correctly. Little things like being handcuffed somewhere that is semi public is really hot. Or having to wear clothing that limits how I can walk, like really tight long skirts are super fun to wear in public. It becomes such a naughty secret.
- What was your first bondage experience?
My first experience was back in high school, but I didn’t realize the door that it was opening for me. It was the middle of winter, and there was another girl I sometimes likes to play sexually with. Yes, I like girls as well as guys. 🙂 Anyway, she was taking off my clothes, but didn’t take my scarf off until the very end. I was really curious why she was doing that, but I didn’t want to ask questions and ruin whatever was going to happen. She finally took off my scarf and turned me around. She bent me over and pulled my hands behind my back and tied my wrists together. I was so turned on and intrigued all at the same time, but I better stop that story there or I will be going on all day…
- Would you rather be tied up in the woods or somewhere else outdoors?
I like the woods because there are so many things that are available to tie you too. I can easily be tied to a tree with just some simple chain. Or I can be tied up and laid down on a soft spot out in a clearing. It is also just really pretty out there. I have to say that I like the idea of a beach because the warm sand and the cold water could add some temperature play into a bondage scene, but there would be sand EVERYWHERE on me at that point.
I asked my employer about a bondage movie in the woods that he shot a while back… He said that the bondage was the easy part; the trick was the cold. Indeed, I can see major goosebumps on that girl in the vid!
- When is the last time you were tied up?
I am not telling. Haha, just kidding, it was probably about three days ago. Maybe I should have asked to get tied up to the chair while writing this blog! I heard about a famous writer in the 1800’s who had his butler tie him up to the chair, to force himself to be disciplined about writing! Any WordPress bloggers using the same system? 😉
- Would you rather be completely immobile or have some mobility?
I like to have some mobility somewhere. It helps me make sure that everything in my body hasn’t fallen asleep in an extended scene, but having some part of me immobile is fun. I like wearing a straitjacket, but being able to move my legs or having my legs completely bound with rope work, but being able to at least move my arms some.
Straitjackets are also handy when you’re shooting a movie, are almost running out of time, and want so badly to quickly squeeze in an extra bondage scene!
- Do you like to be tied up while over someone knee? Is there a role-play you like that goes with this?
I do. I totally fall into the naughty school girl camp. Whoever designed those uniforms in the first place definitely has a fetish. 🙂 All of it makes me feel super young and in trouble again. I get the same nervousness as if I had to the principal’s office when I was still in school and I can’t find any other way to get that feeling.

If I’m feeling ambitious, or if I’m appearing in one of the movies we shoot here, there might also be enemas or fucking machines involved at the same time – but that’s a story for another blog 😉
